We are Tom and Kathy Snell. We have used Steve's service for the past three winters. He has always been here when we needed him and has alway been professional as well as cutious. We have come to see him as a friend. Last year we had to let Steve know that we could not use him because we were having some financial difficulties. We tried to keep our circular drive clean but we had so much snow it became impossible and slowly it closed in on us. One day we came home from work and to our surprise the drive had been plowed and was open again. I knew that Steve had come by and not once did he ever call us and for the rest of the winter he kept us plowed out. When we saw him this spring we asked if he had been the one and he said yes. We told him that we didn't have much but wanted to pay him something and he told us that what ever we could afford that would do. I literally broke into tears.
